The Photographer
Rolly Taylor has been traveling North America photographing the outdoors for the past 20 years. He views each photograph as a unique 'fingerprint in time' that can never be recreated in exactly the same way with the same emotional intensity.
"Watching a scene unfold with rapidly changing light (especially when you're the only one there) is extremely exhilarating," says Rolly, "because you know that it can be a one of a king shot. You can't sit back and wait for better and better light, however, because it might not happen. In other words, continuously seize the moment."
Rolly is a resident of Whitefish, MT, having arrived via Illinois, Boulder CO, Atlanta GA, and Nashville TN, and has found 'home.'
